Our facility is open for adoptions by appointment. Please complete the adoption questionnaire found at this link https://form.jotform.com/211596541894163 . Once we have received your completed questionnaire someone will be in touch to set up an appointment for you to come in and meet the pet(s) you are interested in. If you have questions prior to completing the questionnaire please email info@clarkshelter.org or call (859)737-0053. Appointments will not be scheduled until the questionnaire is completed. This process can typically be completed the same day or by the next day depending on appointment availability.<br/><br/>Layla was surrendered to the shelter because her owner was moving. She is a very sweet dog and loves people. She is very laid back and immediately became friends with all the staff allowing us to pick her up, poke around on her and do everything needed for her intake exam without a fuss. We are told Layla is house trained. Layla can be picky about her four-legged friends so a home where she can be the only pet may be best.
