Elle's House's Adoption Policy

Elle’s House Rescue is committed to placing animals in safe, loving, and permanent homes. All potential adopters are required to complete an adoption application, participate in a meet-and-greet with the animal, and allow a home visit when appropriate. Adoptions are approved only after the rescue determines that the placement is a good fit for both the animal and the adopter. We do not charge an adoption fee. However, voluntary donations are welcomed to help support ongoing rescue efforts and are never required as a condition of adoption. Adopters must agree to provide proper care, including food, shelter, enrichment, and routine veterinary care. If an adopter is ever unable to keep the animal, the animal must be returned to Elle’s House Rescue. Rehoming, selling, or transferring the animal without prior written approval from the rescue is not permitted. Our policies are designed to prioritize the long-term welfare and safety of the animals in our care.
