Lance's Story
Lance is a sweet, playful, and pure puppy charm. This adorable little guy loves wrestling and zooming around with his sister Lucy and our resident dog Fozzie. He’s also living with our three cats, and while they currently prefer the “stranger/danger” approach, Lance is respectful, curious, and friendly when he gets near them.

Lance adores our three kids and happily soaks up all the activity in our busy foster home. With three children, multiple pets, and lots of action, he’s thriving.

When he’s not playing, Lance has a wonderfully snuggly side. He’ll curl right up for cuddles and melt into your arms like the sweetest little marshmallow. He might just be the cutest puppy ever!

He’s still working on his house‑training (as any young pup would be!), but he’s improving every day and wants to make us proud.

Lance’s breed mix is a mystery, but he has corgi-like body, but with longer legs, and a shepherd/border collie/Aussie cattle dog–style face. Whatever his DNA is, he is 100% good boy and 110% adorable.

If you’re looking for a playful, loving, people-oriented pup who will grow into a loyal best friend, Lance might be your perfect match.

Lance is estimated to be 9 weeks old and 15 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.

If you are interested in meeting this dog please complete the adoption application on our website at https://safehandsrescue.org/adoption-process/ and then we can contact you about setting up a meeting.

We are also holding the following upcoming adoption events!

Please note: All dogs/puppies will not be at every event, and some may find their home prior to the event. If you are interested in a specific animal, please check our Facebook page for confirmed attendance the morning of the event: https://www.facebook.com/safehandsrescue/
You do not need to have a Facebook account to check the Safe Hands Facebook page for attendance.
