Lambie's Story

At 12 years old, Lambie is the definition of a gentle, loving companion. This sweet boy’s greatest wish is simply to bond closely with his person and spend his days nearby, whether that means cuddling on the couch, going for walks, or joining you on little adventures.

Lambie sleeps peacefully through the night, walks nicely on leash, and rides wonderfully in the car. He gets along beautifully with dogs of all sizes (including friends from both the big and small dog parks) and is also wonderful with cats.

He knows commands like sit and shake, and while he seems house trained, he may need a little patience and gentle reminders as he settles into a new home.

When Lambie came to us, he was dealing with multiple infections and painful foxtails, all of which are currently being addressed. He also has cataracts and could stand to gain a little weight, but overall he is in good health and, most importantly, has the sweetest spirit imaginable.

Lambie is truly a very special boy who deserves nothing more than a soft place to land and a family to love him for the rest of his days.

(He will be neutered prior to adoption)
