? Meet Lainey ? Lainey came to us from a rural shelter where she was heartbreakingly out of time. The moment we saw her name on the euthanasia list, we knew she deserved a second chance—and she’s been making the most of it ever since. At around 4–5 years old and just 30 pounds, Lainey is a petite girl with a gentle spirit and a big heart. She’s dog- and cat-friendly—completely unbothered by cats and happiest when playing with other pups or snoozing on the couch beside her people. With her low-to-moderate energy, she’s just as content going for a walk as she is curling up for a cozy nap afterward. Lainey is nearly fully potty- and crate-trained, walks well on leash, and loves her daily strolls. She’s friendly with everyone she meets and has the kind of easygoing personality that makes her a joy to be around. Lainey is up to date on core vaccinations and prevention, spayed, microchipped, and heartworm negative. The Bridge Between Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

We require approved applications before potential adopters can meet any of our pets, (unless we are at a public event with adoptable animals). Our adoption process is as follows: the first step is to submit an application on our website in the "adopt" tab. Then we will need to receive any veterinary records for current or previous pets. Once those are received, we reach out to references, and then set up a home visit and meet and greet for the pet the potential adopter is interested in.
