Ladybug's Story

Ladybug and her daughter Cricket (also adoptable!) were dumped in the street in the middle of the night and discovered by one of our team members, who quickly scooped them up. They both likely suffered abuse and neglect in their previous home, but are starting to realize it's only the good life ahead!

Ladybug is 2 years old and 8 pounds of 100% love. While she is still timid and a little skittish, she yearns for affection. Once she feels safe with you, she will seek out all the cuddles and kisses! Ladybug's ideal home is with someone(s) who works from home and understands that it could take months to bond and build trust and confidence. Her ideal person is also patient and can take her out often to reinforce potty training. (She successfully use potty pads in the house.)

Ladybug would be perfectly fine living with other dogs and cats, though children under 12 will be too much stress for her. She will thrive in a calm, quiet, patient and gentle home. She is crate trained (it's her safe place!) and leash trained, and she has been spayed, vaccinated, and successfully treated for heartworms. All she needs now is a forever family who will give her all the love she deserves and help her forget her traumatic past! Could it be you? <3

**Available for adoption in the Austin, Texas, area only. Can be adopted with her daughter Cricket, or separately.**
