BIOGRAPHY

Pretty Lady is a 10+-year-old Dapple Dachshund. We do not know her exact age, but her bloodwork was within normal limits. Lady was found as a stray in West Virginia. The shelter took her in and contacted Sophia’s Grace Foundation. Lady is a beautiful 9-pound blind senior girl; she loves to play in the yard, snuggle under the blankets, enjoys her wet food, sleeping in bed with her human, and loves to sit on her human’s lap. She gets along well with dogs and older respectful kids. Lady is perfect for a home where someone works from home or is retired and has another passive dog.

Despite Lady being blind she can get around very well; she is able to navigate two steps and go in the sliding glass door at her foster home. She will surprise you with her resilience and determined personality. Lady is a true sweetheart that wants a loving family with kindness, understanding and love. She will bring so much positive energy to the perfect family.

Lady is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations. She has also had a dental. She is currently fostering in Akron, OH and her adoption fee is $250.00. Transportation may be available, within reason.
