Great news! Gray Paws Sanctuary has committed to taking Lady under their rescue. What that means is that her adoption fee is covered and her medical bills are also covered for the rest of her life! This is a wonderful opportunity for a senior dog! <br/><br/>Lady is a beautiful senior who is no stranger to the kennel. She’s been here multiple times over the past year due to the failing health of her elderly owner. Unfortunately, her owner passed away, leaving Lady looking for a new person to call her own.<br/>Lady is a bit overweight but we are working on that currently. She’s on a bit of a diet and getting a nice walk every day. She went to the groomer recently and got her beautiful coat all fixed up.<br/>She loves the attention that she gets from the volunteers and is certainly missing her lifelong companion right now. Lady was dearly loved by her owner and we hate to see her in the kennel morning the loss of her mom.<br/><br/>Lady is 10 years old. A girl her age should not be spending her golden years in a cold loud Kennel. She should have a warm soft bed to call her own. Lady doesn’t ask for much She’s used to a simple life with an elderly companion.
