Lacy NEW!

Update: In foster as of last night- this girl is outstanding!! Not a single bad habit. Loves cats and other dogs! Very low energy. Loves Romantic Comedies!! Lacy Beagle Couch Potato Mix 'I am a great people dog. That's what makes me a wonderful side-kick. Unless you want to, like, go jogging or something. Then you're on your own.' Lacey is our favorite chubby buddy, with a very unique personality. She's a little aloof to strangers, and her nose takes her slowly around the yard. She certainly doesn't like it here much. If you have the right tools of persuasion, such as a treat, she may be persuaded to sit, stay, shake, or, well, just lay there. She's decent on a leash, if you're walking her slow-mo pace. We haven't heard her bark much, and she is house-trained. Dog, cat, kid, and people tested and approved!! She was surrendered by her owner who's child was allergic, and she misses them terribly. She's hoping to find another family who will love her forever, and provide her with ample food and a soft bed. In exchange, she'll reward you with companionship, devotion, and that adorable little face of hers. Update: I have just became a Cougar Canine. I am visiting some wonderful people at WSU. I will be spayed and given the spa treatment. I will be back at the shelter in a couple of weeks. Please let my friends at the shelter know if you are interested in making me you new family member and they can make the proper arrangements so that when I come back I can go home.
