UPDATED 1/19/2026! Hi! My name is Lacy & I'm a female tricolor beagle! I'm about 7 years old. I need a new home because my person wasn't able to care for me any longer. I might be 7, but I'm very active for my age! So I need a person who can keep up with me. I'm also playful! I like to play ball. I'm a very affectionate girl! I'm used to sitting with my person on the couch & sleeping in bed with him at night. I had a UTI when I came into Nittany Beagle Rescue - but I've taken my antibiotics & I feel much better now! I'm housetrained. I will go to the door when I need to go outside. I'm used to going outside every few hours during the day. I'm a runner though - if I get loose, I will take off & not necessarily come back. In fact, one of the times I got loose in my prior home, I was gone for 4 days & I ended up with an eye ulcer (probably from an injury to my eyes when I was running through the brush). But when I came into Nittany Beagle Rescue, they took me to the vet & I got eye meds for my eyes. They're all better now! Anyways ... it's critical that I be in a securely fenced in yard or on-leash when outside at all times. I've lived with other dogs & I do great with them! I've never been around cats. I've never been crated. I'm already spayed & up-to-date on vaccines! Now I just need a loving forever home! I'm very photogenic! Kennel License #4068
