Kylie was picked up as a stray in Syracuse and weighs in at around 50 pounds. She has a bit of a sad face and new people make her a little nervous, but once she's comfortable you better be ready for zoomies, frisbees, and endless pets. Kylie loves to play with toys with her true passion being rope toys or frisbees (tennis balls are too mainstream for her). She's an easy walker for our volunteers and gets super excited when she sees the ones she knows coming. Central New York SPCA's Adoption Policy

So you’re ready to add a family member to your home! Well you’re at the right place! To begin, you can view our animals available for adoption online, but there’s nothing like the real thing. We welcome you to come to our shelter and spend some time getting to know our animals in person. To start off, please review the adoption guidelines below to speed up the adoption process: 1. Applicants must be at least 21 years old. 2. All adoption applications must be filled out completely. 3. An adoption application must be completed before any animal can be taken out for a visit. No animal will be taken out for a visit prior to this time. 4. You will need picture ID, with name and current address, to photo copy onto your application. Any animal on a HOLD cannot be taken out for a visit until its holding time is up and it is available for adoption. All dogs MUST be licensed with your Town prior to leaving the CNYSPCA, ask adoption counselor for further details.
