Kovu arrived to the shelter in need of some t.l.c. He has been on a special diet and some medications to help with his itchy skin and he looks and feels so much better!!<br/><br/>Kovu is so handsome and loves belly rubs and pets. He loves his outdoor time.<br/><br/>Kovu has not been neutered therefore will need to go into a home on foster basis.<br/><br/>Dogs that are not yet spayed or neutered are available for "Foster-to-Adopt."<br/><br/>Please note: We only offer fostering to individuals in and around Nevada County.<br/><br/>Our foster-to-adopt program is for dogs awaiting their spay or neuter. During this period, you’ll foster until their spay/neuter surgery is complete, after which the adoption becomes official.<br/><br/>Adoption fee is $125.00. Sammie’s Friends dogs are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and are up to date on their flea, tick and heartworm prevention prior to adoption.
