KONA's Story
*For any questions or to learn more about the adoption process, please contact us at inquiry@kpupsforlove.org.

Kona was rescued from the home of an elderly man with dementia who had been breeding dogs, and now she is now looking for her forever home!

Kona is fully house-trained and is comfortable using both indoor pee pads and going potty outside. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, people, children, and even cats. She has no aggression, no resource guarding, no history of biting, and no issues with excessive barking or separation anxiety. While she isn't the type to immediately run up to strangers for cuddles, she is happy to approach for treats and gradually warms up to new people.

Kona was diagnosed with a mild case of Anaplasmosis, but she has completed treatment and has made a full recovery.

With her calm, gentle nature and easygoing personality, Kona would make a wonderful companion for a loving family.
