KODA's Story

KODA was surrendered by his owner. Other than saying they were tired of Koda escaping from his yard, the owner provided no information.

KODA is 6 years old, he weighs 47 lbs, is neutered, fully vaccinated, heart worm negative and he is listed as a Husky.

KODA is a very handsome, nice boy with gorgeous blue eyes. but typical of a Husky, he is an escape artist so a new owner with Husky knowledge and experience is strongly recommended.

The surrendering family did not say whether or not KODA is housebroken, so as with any shelter dog, it is best to assume he is not and be pleasantly surprised if he is!

KODA has been fine around the other shelter dogs, but nothing is known about how he is with kids or cats since there are neither there. Please bring your kids, dog(s) and even your cat(s), if possible, to the shelter for a meet and greet with the help of the warden or deputies just to be sure everyone gets along before taking KODA home!
