Raised from puppyhood by a loving owner who could no longer keep him, Koda has always known affection, companionship, and attention, and he absolutely thrives on all three.<br/><br/>Personality<br/><br/>Koda is a happy, lively little guy who loves being involved in everything his people do. Whether he's following you from room to room, playing with his favorite toys, or simply soaking up attention, Koda wants to be part of the action. He's affectionate, entertaining, and full of youthful energy.<br/><br/>He forms strong bonds with his people and loves companionship. He can be pushy and bossy with other dogs and will try to take charge whenever possible.<br/><br/>For this reason, Koda would do best as an only dog where he can be the center of attention and enjoy all the love and companionship his family has to offer.<br/><br/>While Koda likes to act tough, he's really an insecure little guy who benefits from patient guidance, structure, and clear boundaries. With people, however, he's affectionate, social, and eager to connect.<br/><br/>What He's Looking For<br/><br/>Koda would thrive with someone who is home often and wants an active companion to share their daily life. With our small team of volunteers, it is not possible to conduct these steps outside our area.
