Even with the way that life has treated him he is so friendly and sweet. Time to shower this dog with love and attention. Kobe has been diagnosed as heartworm positive. If anyone knows the owner, please give the shelter a call at 740-593-5415. Kobe currently weighs 41 pounds. Meeting dogs is by appointment only. Please call the shelter to make an appointment. All adopters must bring in kids and other dogs in the household for a meet and greet before adoption.<br/><br/>Adoption fees are $125 ($65 for dogs 7 years old and older) and include dog license, basic vaccinations, heartworm test on adult dogs, and spay or neuter (ARRIVED 1/13/26)
