Kobalt - Spaniel mix was a surrender to a shelter with mom and siblings. The rescue would take them in, we need fosters to do that, can you help?<br/>Kobalt was born 8/25, he now weighs 16.6 pounds. He needs to kind confidence and now someone cares. He has lived with kids and other dogs, cats unknown. Located in southern Idaho, transport is provided to approve home, in the Pacific northwest.
