8/29/26 - OTI due to dog agression. Owner adopted the dog a month ago, and the dog has tried to attack her existing dogs at home. Dog got out of the yard and attacked a neighbors dog. LM ***** AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION 8/29/26 ***** Intact female ~5 yrs old 63 pounds Vaccines given 9-1-26 No microchip ALT ID# 8-29-26 16 9/2/26 See previous owners notes, while in the shelter, kloe has been friendly and playful, she loves to rub her body on handler and get belly rubs, walks on leash but pulls very strongly in the direction she wants to go in *****Animals are eligible for adoption by the public after their stray hold period. Rescues are permitted to pull on 9/1/26; animal is also legally available for euthanasia on this same date. AVAS will continue to follow the protocols in place for the health/safety of the animals in our care. The canine population currently in our care that are not showing symptoms will be posted on our website for public viewing. Canines will continue to be monitored by our medical staff under the direction of our supervising Veterinarian.
