Klaus's Story

How this pet arrived:Klaus was brought in by a community member on August 2, 2026. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Klaus! Klaus is ready to make his way into your heart! He may be a little reserved at first, but once he gets comfortable, his personality really comes out and he has plenty of love to give! Klaus would thrive in a calm, low-key household that isn't too busy or overwhelming. He needs a patient family willing to let him open up at his own pace, without rushing him into new situations. If there are children in the home, they are required to be 8 years or older, so Klaus can have the calm environment and respectful interactions he needs to feel comfortable. Give Klaus a little time, space, and patience, and he'll be the paw-fect companion. He's just waiting for the right person to help him go from "Who are you?" to "Where have you been all my life?" Klaus isn't asking for a lot - just a quiet home, a patient heart, and a chance to show you what a good boy he can be! At SDHS:Klaus has been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. He is now ready for adoption! Dog Reactive Dog: Klaus requires a virtual behavior consult, please watch THIS video to learn more about him. Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Black Weight: 38.6lbs Age: 4yrs 1mths 4wks Animal has been Neutered
