Our Mission

Here at Waggy Butts & Happy Mutts, we are driven to give a voice to the voiceless through animal rescue. We are located in New Jersey with fosters/adopters in NJ, PA, DE, and NY. We are foster/volunteer based and 100% operated on donations. Our goals are- To genuinely be "animal forward." To improve the lives of animals....
