KIT's Story
Meet Kit — A Loving Boy Looking for Home

Kit is a high-energy, happy-go-lucky good boy who sometimes gets a little too excited when it’s time to leash up (hey, when you love walks THIS much, it’s hard to contain yourself!). But give him a minute, and he settles right in, trotting along like the gentleman he’s working hard to become.

Out in the yard, Kit turns into a fetch champion — seriously, if enthusiasm were a sport, he’d take home gold. He already knows “sit,” is eager to please, and is more than willing to learn the rest of his manners with someone who’ll guide him with patience and love.

Between play sessions, Kit reveals his softer side: he’s sweet, affectionate, and always ready for a cuddle or a goofy grin to brighten your day.If you’re looking for a fun, loyal companion with cool Catahoula vibes and a whole lot of love to give, Kit might just be your perfect match.

Kit has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in his new home. Looking for a buddy for your dog? Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we're a match! Check out his playgroup video here:

To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon - 6:00 pm. All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. To help expedite the meet and greet process, please make note of my Animal ID number, and those of other dogs you might be interested in meeting. Be sure to bring your ID with you, too.
