Kit, Female, 1 year old<br/><br/>Kit is a gorgeous 1 year old Cattle Dog mix that has made her way all the way to FAPL from an overcrowded shelter in Texas!! She’s a fantastic medium sized gal, and ever so friendly! Good with other dogs (does need to be fed separately) and a very loving soul. She would love an active adopter- as her breed loves to be kept busy both physically and mentally. Daily walks are a must on the agenda for this fabulous gal!! It’s a guarantee you’ll love Kit as much as we do! Kit weighs 39 pounds. <br/><br/>No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption. <br/><br/>If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment. <br/><br/>All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.<br/><br/>Upon visiting FAPL, if you don’t see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
