Kirkland's Story

This good looking, sweet, boy is Kirkland. He’s guessed to be a 2–3-year-old lab mix. He’s a little over 50 lbs and a nice compact size. He is new to his foster home but is settling in well. He goes in his crate easily with treats and appears to be housebroken. He does not need to be crated overnight. He gets along fabulously with the other four dogs in the home including a 15 lb, 16 yo blind dog to an 86 lb husky. He is a sweet soul and easy dog to have around. He craves human attention but is not obnoxious about his affection. He showed that he does love children at his first adoption event. He would make a great family dog or playmate for another dog.

If you are interested, complete the
Adoption Application
on our website at
www.NeedyPaws.org
and we will contact you.

Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.

Kirkland’s adoption fee is $295.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes.
