After being rescued from traffic near Kirby & 610, he faced a difficult recovery following a neighborhood dog attack. Today, his spirit is unbroken, and he is officially ready for his next chapter.<br/><br/>His wounds are healing beautifully after receiving emergency stitches. He is fully vetted and has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He's a "really good boy" with a gentle soul who simply isn't "street-smart" and needs a safe home.<br/><br/>While direct rescue is not Barrio Dogs' primary mission, we believe everyone has a role to play in addressing the crisis of homeless dogs on our streets. When a neighbor steps up to save a life, we feel it is vital to do our part and "chip in" to ensure the animal gets the care they need.
