Kirbie's Story

Meet Kirbie

Kirbie is an almost 3-year-old Heeler mix weighing in at a petite 25lbs... but don’t let her size fool you, this girl is a full-time, stage 5 clinger in the best way.

She is incredibly loyal to her people and once you’re “in,” you’re in. Kirbie may be a little shy when meeting new people, but with patience and space (seriously... ignore her and let her come to you), she warms up beautifully and becomes deeply bonded.

Kirbie enjoys the simple things in life... a good bone to chew, space to run, and being close to her person. Toys? Not really her thing. But give her a bone and she’s happy as can be.

She does well with other dogs and communicates clearly when she’s had enough. She would do best with respectful dog friends who understand boundaries.

Kirbie is currently working through some crate anxiety and will need a home committed to continuing that progress. For now, she does best in an empty crate as she will shred bedding.

She is NOT a dog for busy patios, breweries, or constant social environments. Kirbie thrives in a quieter setting where her natural instincts can be fulfilled; think walks in nature, space to move, and a structured home that understands her breed.

She is currently refreshing her training with Black Onyx and is looking for a home that will continue to build on her progress. She will come with a lesson.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion who wants to be by your side through it all... Kirbie might just be your girl.

All of our adoption fees include veterinary exam, age appropriate vaccines (up to date at time of adoption) spay/neuter, microchip and deworming.

Puppies $550

Kittens $200

Adult fees vary, please message our page.
