Meet Kira!

A terminally ill senior searching for her hero.

This is Kira, our 10.5 yr old sweetheart who has found herself back in our care after many years in a loving home. She has some age-related challenges, including urinary incontinence, but she's still full of spunk. Her spirit is still so bright. She smiles. She wags. She soaks up affection. She still chooses joy every single day.

Kira does wonderfully with cats, and she gets along with calm, respectful dogs who give her space.

What she needs now isn't a long term commitment...
It's a soft landing.

A warm bed.
A gentle routine.
A human willing to love a senior girl through her final chapter.

If you have the heart to make a huge difference; to give a hospice dog comfort, love, and dignity in her last days...
