Kira #3's Story

Kira #3 is a sweet and kind black Labrador retriever, about 3 to 5 years old and weighing 48 pounds. She has a calm, shy personality and absolutely adores her people, forming a strong attachment and always wanting to be right by your side. In her foster home, she lives with several other dogs and gets along beautifully with all of them, but her favorite place is close to her humans. While she enjoys a bit of play, she would rather spend most of her time with people she loves. Kira would thrive in a calm, quiet home where someone is home for a good portion of the day, as that environment helps her shine. She is house-trained and crate-trained, though she’s not a fan of the crate, especially when she can’t see her people. If you’re looking for a devoted, gentle companion who will be your loyal shadow and a comforting presence in everyday life, Kira could be the perfect match.

For additional information about Kira #3 please email Deb Cook Keavy: deb.cook.keavy@labs4rescue.org

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We receive many questions about our adoption process from potential adopters, most of which can be answered by viewing our "Adopt a Lab" page on our full-service website, (https://labs4rescue.com/adopt).
