Oh our baby boy Kip! He is the sweet one. The soft one. The "did you have a hard day? Here is my whole face" one. Kip is affectionate, gentle, and happiest when he is pressed against his people like a living, breathing weighted blanket. Do not be fooled though. Under that soft exterior is a playful goofball who loves a good romp and will absolutely attempt to carry toys twice his size. Perfect for someone who wants a loyal best friend, cuddle champion, and full time serotonin supplier to watch hockey with on the couch. We've heard he makes a mean smoothie...

Visit our website to see available animals or visit the adoptable animals at the Cheyenne Animal Shelter. We have three large dog adoption rooms, “cat alley” and critter space. While visiting the Cheyenne Animal Shelter, a CAS adoption counselor will help you find the pet who is the best match for your family and lifestyle. Once you find your match, a Cheyenne Animal Shelter staff person will begin the adoption process, which often takes as little as an hour. Once you have reviewed all adoption paperwork, you’ll pay the adoption fee. Then, you’re ready to take home your new furry family member.
