I'm a smart, confident Lab/Pittie mix, and I just turned 2 years old. I love learning - treats are my favorite motivator (okay... second favorite after love). I'm very proud that I sit and wait politely before doors open, and I'm always eager to learn new commands. My people say I'm very smart... and I kind of agree. I do best when I can choose my dog friends carefully, and I'd be happiest with older kids who understand me and give me the space and respect I need to shine. Right now, I'm being cared for while boarded at Bed Bath and Biscuits, but what I truly dream of is something more permanent... a foster home to help me bloom, or better yet, a forever family to call my own. My Christmas wish isn't for toys or fancy things. It's for a warm home, gentle hands, patience, love, and a family who sees my heart as clearly as I will see theirs. Includes vetting: spay/neuter microchip vaccines rabies (4 mnths and older) heartworm test and prevention, flea and tick preventative de-worming.
