Meet King Koda
Koda is a FUN guy at about 1 year old! This boy weighs in at 56 pounds and is SUPER friendly! Koda is EXTREMELY sweet, knows sit, enjoys playing with toys, and is very outgoing! He is good with kids though might be better with older ones as isn't always aware of his size and is good with dogs big and small! Koda is utd on shots, heartworm negative, and neutered!
Koda's Story:
Koda was brought into a kill shelter in Dallas, Texas as a stray. Upon intake, vets thought he had been shot in the head but after further review, they determined his injuries were more likely due to being repeatedly hit in the head with a blunt object. Though his assailant was going for the kill, Koda walked away with his life and was scooped up by animal control officers. He was then quickly put on the euthanasia list at that shelter and Hoardin' Huskies stepped in to give him a second chance at life. Koda had a fractured skull and during surgery, he had to have a piece of his skull removed as it was lodged in his head. Though Koda endured all of this terrible abuse, he remains happy, outgoing, and still very trusting of humans! His eyes are both in tack and there are no further medical concerns now that he has healed! All that is left is to grow back his hair so he no longer has a bald head lol!
The adoption fee includes transportation to the northeast, Midwest and southeast!
