We may not be able to erase what King has been through in the past but we want to ensure his future is safe for him. If you are interested in King please apply and we will share all we know about him. PAW-fect Match Rescue's Adoption Policy
♥ Apply to Adopt Complete our adoption application. All adopters must be at least 21. ♥ Phone interview An application coordinator will reach out to discuss your new canine family member ♥ Reference Checks Volunteer contacts your veterinarian (if applicable) and personal references. All resident dogs must be spayed/neutered and current with Rabies, DHPP (distemper-combo vaccine), and monthly flea, tick, heartworm prevention unless medical reasons prohibit. ♥ Family meeting All human and canine family members must meet the new dog at either an event or a private meeting. ♥ Finalize the Adoption Sign the adoption contract and pay the adoption fee which covers: • spay / neuter surgery • microchip • flea, tick, heartworm prevention • wellness exam • age appropriate vaccines All Pawfect Match dogs go home with a collar, leash, and a Pawfect Match tag.
