We call all references, including the veterinarian and employer phone numbers, for reference checks. Additionally, some applicants are requested to have a video call via FaceTime to show where the pet will be living. We also conduct online searches to verify the home address and type of residence. Lastly, all applicants undergo criminal background checks.
