Introducing Kika! This sweet 1 year old Australian Cattle Dog mix wants to be your best buddy! Kika loves to play, gobble up treats, and chase tennis balls. With her high energy level, she'd thrive with an active family who loves outdoor adventures! Even though she's active, she has her calm moments too and will cuddle up by your side after all the fun has resided. She loves affection and won't hesitate to give you kisses once she's comfortable! <br/><br/>Kika came to us as a stray, fearful at first. She has been opening up with staff day by day and is familiar with the routine now, but she can be very shy with strangers in the beginning. Once she gets more familiar with you, she'll start showing off her true personality! Kika is a bright light, and with a trusting human next to her every step of the way, we know she'll thrive. <br/><br/>She seems to be a quick learner and is very curious of the world around her. Kika does great in the car and really is such a loving girl. We know she will make a very special companion for an adopter, so come on down to the shelter to meet her yourself!<br/><br/>At the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri, our goal is to match potential adopters with a pet that is best suited to their home, interests, and lifestyle.
