KESTREL's Story

Kestrel came to NHS recently as a transfer from another shelter. Apparently all he needed was a change of scenery because he has quickly become a staff favorite! Kestrel takes time to feel confident around strangers, especially men, but after a few yummy treats and a few minutes of calm he warms right up! You can easily tell how loyal he is to those who've earned his trust because he does the cutest happy dance when they approach him! He's an adult dog with a tan coat and black and white markings. He's also neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and ready to start loving you today. Kestrel is ready to give his whole heart to a new family. Is that you?! Please come meet him and see what we mean!
