Meet Kenzie! She’s a brand new arrival, rescued after being found wandering stray. Shockingly, no owner came forward to claim this gorgeous dog, so she is ready to find a real forever family to call her own. Kenzie is an approximately 2 year old recently spayed female, full-grown at 46 lbs. She is bright, curious, and friendly, but still a little timid and uncertain about the shelter and all the other dogs around her. She would love love love to be adjusting to a new home instead of the shelter, and we can’t blame her. There’s just no substitute for a cozy bed in a loving home and a family to be a part of! We think she’s pretty darn perfect, and is sure to be a wonderful companion.<br/>If you think you might be interested in adopting, your next step should be to complete an Adoption Application found at caninerescue.org. *After you have completed your application, you will get a confirmation that we have received your application. It takes a lot of time to process the applications, so we ask for your patience while we do so. If you see that the dog you were interested in has been adopted it means there were many applications for that dog and we did not get as far as processing your application before a home was found.
