Kenna's Story
Adoptable Kenna!

This sweet girl is approximately 2 years old, and about 70 pounds. She’s crate-trained, walks well on a leash, and handles new situations with ease and curiosity. She loves meeting new people and enjoys the company of other dogs.

Kenna was treated for non-symptomatic heartworm disease in Texas, and she’s now ready to find her forever family here in Maine! We think Kenna is somewhat hearing-impaired, but her foster mom has taught her hand signals for different cues, and Kenna can hear some things (like her foster brother barking!)

Kenna loves Pupsicles, lick mats, Buffalo ears, and frozen yogurt! She’s not a super active girl, and loves to cuddle with her people on the sofa. She’s very gentle with kids and older folks.

- Food-motivated
- House-trained
-Crate-trained
-People-friendly (loves kids)
- Dog-friendly (but cats are a definite no)
-Walks nicely on a leash
-Quiet (Not a barker)
-Gentle “Giant”
-Loves her stuffed toys and treats them gently.
-Loves car rides (loads easily)
-Loves napping

Reach out for more info about Kenna!
