Kendrick's Story
Kendrick is an energetic and affectionate one year old hound/terrier mix. He weighs about 50lbs. He came to us from a home that didn't have the time or recourses to care for an active puppy. <br/><br/>Kendrick Is doing well with his leash training as well as potty training. Kendrick loves spending time with people- especially snuggling up for hugs and pets. Our volunteer Tony said, "He'd make a great pick up truck dog" he just wants to be with you no matter where you go.<br/>He would be an excellent dog for an active and engaging household. Kendrick is a cat chaser, so he will require a cat free life. Kendrick is a lot of fun, and would bring joy and energy into his new home. He's excited to get out into the world and become the proper canine citizen he was meant to be!<br/><br/>Staff proclaimed good-boy and all around lovebug- it's Kendrick! Kendrick is an affectionate and energetic hound/terrier mix weighing in at about fifty pounds. Nothing pleases him more in life then bringing happiness to the humans around him. He's been doing well with his leash training, and walks well on a harness. An active and engaging household would be a great fit for Kendrick, who just wants to put his brain and body to work. He will require a household with no cats, as he thinks they're fun to chase, and no small children due to his size and energy level.
