Keeley (Kiwi)'s Story
Keeley (Kiwi) was originally adopted from Slumdog Rescue Crew on May 25, 2022 after originally coming from Anderson County Animal Shelter. She's now almost 5 years old and suddenly finds herself searching for a new family to love. Sometimes, life changes, and a dog ends up back with us through no fault of their own.

Since her adoption, she has been living as the only dog in the home. Because of that, she can be reactive when first seeing other dogs, but once she acclimates, her current owner says that enjoys other dogs. She needs a slow introduction and a patient person to help her feel comfortable again. She could use a refresher on leash manners. Keeley has been in a home with children. She is currently up to date on vaccinations and prevention. She was spayed prior to being adopted in 2022.

Keeley loves her people and is loyal to a fault. She bonds deeply and just wants to be close, to feel safe, and to be loved right back. A home that offers patience, understanding, and reassurance will help our sweet girl shine once again. Keeley is currently staying with her adoptive family until she finds her new home or she will be welcomed back into rescue in March.

Keeley is searching for her perfect family. Could it be yours?
