This sweet, friendly girl greets new people with a wildly wagging tail and an open heart.<br/><br/>Kato enjoys a good play session and a little roughhousing, but she's also wonderfully easygoing and low-maintenance. She's eager to please, knows "sit" and "down" like a pro, and is house-trained with excellent manners.<br/><br/>She's fantastic with her foster family's young kids, who adore her just as much as she adores them. Kato has bursts of playful energy that are always followed by lazy sunbathing or a cozy nap.<br/><br/>Kato does have some arthritis and occasionally walks with a slight limp, so long hikes aren't really her thing. With her joint supplements and medication, she stays comfortable and happy enjoying a relaxed pace of life.<br/><br/>Coco and Kato are deeply bonded and love each other's company. They entertain each other with backyard playtime and provide comfort and companionship to one another. Despite their size difference, they play beautifully together.<br/><br/>They're able to spend time apart when needed (such as vet visits or separate outings) without too much stress, but they truly thrive as a pair.<br/><br/>Both gals are still working on their leash manners when they see other dogs.
