She's fun, silly, affectionate, and full of personality. Katie absolutely loves kids and is wonderful with other dogs — she takes cues from them and respects their boundaries. She's currently fostered with both small dogs and a big dog and gets along great with everyone! As a playful puppy, Katie would do best with a dog-savvy cat if she joins a home with feline friends. She's crate trained and about 99% potty trained (though a few accidents are to be expected as she adjusts to a new environment). Katie rides perfectly in the car when tethered, loves spending time outdoors, and can't get enough of her toys. She's also a world-class cuddler who loves to snuggle up after a fun day of play. This sweet girl would thrive in an active home that wants a loving companion for adventures, playtime, and plenty of cuddles. If you'd like to meet this amazing girl, please complete an application — Katie can't wait to meet you! Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional's recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal's history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
