Kara's Story
Meet Kara!

Kara, also known as Kara Beara, is a sweet, affectionate, and playful pup who brings joy and energy wherever she goes. Thought to be around 1-2 years old and possibly shepherd-hound mix, she blends intelligence with a fun-loving spirit that turns every day into an adventure.

Kara is both house-trained and crate-trained, making her an easy addition to a home routine. She already knows how to sit for a treat and is highly food motivated, which will make continued training both fun and rewarding. She is already spayed and up to date on all vaccines.

Kara loves playing with her foster fur siblings and is always ready for a good romp. At around 55 lbs., she can sometimes be a bit too enthusiastic for smaller dogs, so she may do best with similarly sized playmates or with some guidance during playtime.

This lively girl is full of energy and thrives on activity—whether it's running, playing fetch, going on long walks, or exploring the outdoors. Kara needs a home where she can burn off her energy and stay mentally engaged. An active family that provides plenty of exercise, structure, and companionship would be an ideal match.

Beyond her playful side, Kara is incredibly loving and forms strong bonds with her people. After a day of fun, she's happy to settle in for cuddles and quality time. Her loyal and affectionate nature makes her a wonderful companion for individuals or families ready to include her in their daily lives.

If you're looking for a spirited, loving dog to share your adventures, Kara might be your perfect match!

If you want to apply to adopt please go to OneByOneRescue.org

Together, we're saving lives—one by one!

One By One Rescue is an all volunteer, 501c3 non-profit foster based rescue.
