He absolutely adores people and gets along well with other dogs — though he does best around calm, respectful pups, as he can easily lose his balance or get knocked over.<br/><br/>Kane will need a home with someone who can help lift and support him as needed, especially when getting up or moving around. He cannot do stairs, as he doesn’t have the strength or stability for them.<br/><br/>We’re working closely with our vet to keep Kane comfortable — he’s currently on Doxycycline for Lyme disease and several pain medications for his joints.
