She has a gentle presence and a soft, soulful way about her that instantly tugs at your heart. We believe Kala will likely remain on the small side as an adult, maybe 35lbs or so.<br/><br/>Kala’s journey began as a tiny 6-week-old stray, found all alone with no sign of her mom. Despite such a rough start, she has blossomed into a loving, well-mannered young pup who is eager to trust and connect with her people.<br/><br/>She is both house trained and crate trained, making her an easy addition to a home. Kala is very affectionate and truly enjoys being held and cuddled. While she can be a little shy at first, she is not fearful and warms up quickly, especially with kindness and gentle reassurance.<br/><br/>Kala loves playing with other dogs and would be thrilled to have a canine friend. She walks beautifully on leash and prefers to stay close by your side, checking in as you go. At her age, she is an excellent candidate for socialization with cats, and she has shown absolutely no aggressive behaviors.<br/><br/>In her kennel, Kala is quiet and calm.
