Kakadu's Story

**LOCATED IN ANCH/MATSU**
Kakadu
SIX Months Old
Spayed Female
Heeler Mix
Vaccinated
Microchipped

Kakadu is a playful and spunky girl with lots of energy and a big heart. She loves chasing the big dogs around the yard and sometimes forgets she's not their size, especially when she's sneak-attacking them during fetch or playtime. She also does well with puppies her own size and smaller.

She's been accident-free in the house for several weeks, is polite at mealtimes, and takes treats gently (she's even learning to catch them mid-air!). She knows commands like in, out, off, down, and wipe your feet and is very smart and eager to learn.

Kakadu hasn't met cats yet but has met an infant and was gentle and curious. She's kennel trained, sleeps in her own bed at night, and will let you know when she needs to go out. She may bark if kenneled when other dogs bark and does not like fireworks. After a good play session, she loves to cuddle and be close.

______________________________________
Adoption fees cover alter, vaccines given in rescue, microchip, medical expenses and ensure we can continue to help other animals in need.
