Juno's Story

How this pet arrived: Juno was brought in by their previous owner on February 26, 2026. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Juno! Juno is a sensitive guy who is still figuring out the big world around him. New places and new people can feel a bit scary at first. Juno tends to take things slowly while he gets his bearings. He's the kind of dog who prefers to watch and learn before jumping right in. With time, patience and a calm environment, Juno has started to relax and show glimpses of his softer side. As he settles in, you may notice a bit of curiosity and the beginnings of a playful streak peeking through. He previously lived with other dogs and did well sharing space, so he may enjoy a home with another friendly dog of similar size who can help him continue building confidence. Juno is currently learning new skills, including how to walk on a leash and will benefit from an adopter who is patient and ready to help him practice. If there are children in the home, they should be ages 8 and up and able to give Juno space while he adjusts. He also asks that all children be present for the meet-and-greet-he likes to make sure everyone passes the vibe check! Come meet Juno-he's ready for his new home!<br/>Shy/Fearful Dog: Juno requires a virtual behavior consult, please watch THIS video to learn more about them.At SDHS:Juno has been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. He is now ready for his new home! Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Caramel Weight: 19lbs Age: 2yrs 0mths 2wks Animal has been Neutered
