That being said, he's not one to start trouble: he accepts when other dogs don't want to play, and gives fair corrections to dogs that harass him. <br/><br/>He hasn't been tested with cats, but would do best in a home with teenage children or older (or a childfree home), since he is easy to knock a small child over.<br/><br/>He's a sensitive dog and will need a patient adopter that understands it can take a couple months to adjust to a new environment before his full personality shines. He's anxious when uprooted and never lived in a home before, so he'll need to work on basic house manners. While he can befriend anyone, he can be suspicious of male strangers.
