Junior's Story

Hi, my name is Junior! I am a bit of a nervous boy, so I will need a patient owner who can go slow with me as I reveal my sweet, smart, and cuddly side. I was originally brought to the shelter after my owner passed away. Then, I was briefly adopted and snuck out of my house and lived on the run for 3 months during the dead of winter. I'm a strong, resilient boy but I've had a bit of trauma in my life, which is why I need some time to really trust. I get along with some other dogs and cats, and I am housetrained, crate trained, and like car rides! I truly deserve some consistency, love, and a home. I may need a few meet and greets to warm up, so go ahead and stop by to meet me today!
