She’s independent but loves following her favorite human around, zooming with excitement and showing off her expressive “emotional satellite” ears. Chicken jerky and cottage cheese? Her absolute favorites! She’s smart listens well and knows how to use a doggy door. June can be shy around men at first, and loud noises or busy streets can make her nervous, so she’ll do best in a calm, patient home. Small kids might be overwhelming, but teens and older kids could win her heart. June isn’t sure about other dogs yet, but with the right friend—especially a puppy —she could unleash her playful side. She loves car rides, chew toys, and being safely in her humans’ company. Junebug is a quirky, loving, and fiercely loyal girl who just needs a patient home to truly shine. Arizona based adoption inquiries only. Follow the link on the profile page of the pet you would like to meet. All applicants are thoroughly screened and must meet certain qualifications before being referred for a cat or dog adoption. All of our pets are fully vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption.
