Julius arrived at the shelter as a Parkville stray. Because he is such a handsome and interesting mix, we sent off his DNA for testing. His first two, most prominent breeds, are Husky & Malamute. That explains his lovely singing voice!<br/><br/>Julius is friendly, handsome, and loves meeting new people. We're estimating his DOB around December 2021. He is dog-selective, so a meet-and-greet is required for any dogs living in or regularly visiting his forever home. He has a girlfriend at FOPAS (Annabelle) and also walks with a couple of other Julius-approved dogs.<br/><br/>He is friendly, smiley, and interested in whatever is going on. As you can see from his photo, Julius will be the first to laugh at your jokes! One of his favorite volunteers, Jamie, says, "Julius has become one of my favorite dogs at the shelter to walk. He is active, but a great walker. Goofy and charming. Cuddly and affectionate. ALWAYS happy to see you!"<br/><br/>Julius keeps his kennel spotless. However, because he is prone to singing, Julius isn't suited for apartment living. Full disclosure: Somehow, stuffed toys seem to explode when in his care. A mystery!
