Meet Julian! Once scared and at risk of euthanasia to coming out his shell and blossoming in foster. <br/><br/>Julian's foster reports that he such a fantastic dog! He can be a little shy at first, but he warms up quickly into the sweetest, most affectionate and happy boy. He knows basic commands and how to use a doggy door. Julian has great house manners and is non-destructive when left alone. He loves to hangout with his foster siblings but really loves thinking he's a lap dog. <br/><br/>Julian is great with dogs with proper intros, both big and on the smaller side.
